Supporting efficient, environmentally responsible cooling, a right-mounted refrigeration system operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Two lockable glass doors with snap-in gaskets seal in cold air for dependable performance. Designed for flexible use, this two-section unit accommodates open food containers and includes four epoxy-coated steel shelves for organizing inventory above the main compartment.
The Beverage-Air BB68HC-FG-B ALT food-rated storage cabinet uses an electronic control panel to manage temperature levels.
