To streamline back-of-house operations, the Beverage-Air BB68HC-B ALT refrigerated back bar storage cabinet includes a manual LED lighting system that can be switched on for quick inventory checks. Built with a black exterior and stainless steel top, this two-section unit balances longevity and visual uniformity. It measures 68 inches wide by 30 3⁄8 inches deep by 34 inches high. The galvanized interior has four epoxy-coated steel shelves to elevate items above the keg zone.
For precise oversight, the Beverage-Air BB68HC-B ALT storage cabinet is outfitted with an electronic control panel and operates on environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its right-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system maintains proper temperatures and includes extra storage space above the compressor. With a three half-barrel keg capacity, the cabinet secures product behind two lockable solid doors with snap-in gaskets that limit thermal exchange.
