Cleveland SET10 Description
The Cleveland SET10 tilting skillet has a temperature range of 0 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. For uniform heat distribution, it's built with heating elements cast into 11/4-inch-thick aluminum blocks. Its 10-gallon capacity can cook high volumes of soup, stew, meat, vegetables, and more. Designed to be placed on a countertop, this unit measures 251/4 inches wide by 321/2 inches deep by 237/8 inches high.
Built to withstand rigorous use, the Cleveland SET10 tilt skillet is constructed of easy-to-clean, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To simplify cleaning further, it features a bead-blast textured cooking surface finish that reduces sticking. It includes a lift-off cover and has a splash-resistant design to reduce the risk of injury and spills. To protect the thermostat, it's housed inside a drip-resistant side console.
