Cleveland PGM3003 Description
The Cleveland PGM3003 floor model steamer has three compartments. Each section can hold four 18-inch-by-26-inch pans, and depending on their depth, they can accommodate four to eight 12-inch-by-20-inch pans. Operating pressure in the compartments is monitored by a gauge, while a timer tracks the cooking progress. When pressure is in the cavities, the interlock prevents the operator from opening the doors. To add durability, the steam cavity doors are made of cast aluminum with adjustable hinges. The Cleveland PGM3003 floor model steamer has a 36-inch cabinet base that is accessible through 36-inch doors.
