Cleveland KGT6T Description
With its 6-gallon capacity, the Cleveland KGT-6-T steam kettle is useful for cooking large portions of soup, chili, and pasta. It uses a two-thirds steam jacket that's self-contained, meaning it doesn't require an external boiling source for operation. The permanently filled jacket provides uniform heat by eliminating hot and cold spots throughout product. Equipped with a 1-through-10 temperature dial, the unit's temperature can be adjusted from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. It also includes a power switch and LED indicators that light up when the heat is on or when the water level is low.
The Cleveland KGT-6-T tilting kettle is fitted with an anti-drip pour spout that helps users serve product. Its pouring lip is built with a heavy-duty rolled rim to protect against damage, and its tilting mechanism is self-locking, preventing the kettle from tilting accidentally. This unit's stainless steel exterior is durable and resistant to rust and corroding. For further protection against corrosion, the interior is constructed of 316 stainless steel.
