Cleveland KGL80T Description
The Cleveland KGL-80-T tilting kettle is equipped with a power switch and solid-state temperature controls that can be adjusted from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep users informed, its heat cycle and water level are indicated with LED lights. The unit remains permanently filled with distilled water and tilts manually with a self-locking mechanism to facilitate product serving. With a two-thirds steam jacket, this unit heats evenly and quickly and features an 80-gallon capacity for high-volume serving. It's a great choice for cooking large amounts of soup, chili, broth, and stew.
For convenient operator access, the Cleveland KGL-80-T steam kettle's pressure/vacuum gauge is mounted to the front. It's powered with LP gas and operates with 190,000 BTU and an automatic ignition system. The unit is constructed of stainless steel—a rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that's durable enough to withstand high-volume applications. It's positioned on adjustable flanged feet that can be bolted to the ground for stability.
