Cleveland KGL25T Description
The Cleveland KGL25T tilting kettle is constructed of durable 304 stainless steel for rust resistance, and preventing the rim from bending or denting, it is rolled for structural reinforcement. To simplify kettle tilting, the unit has a manual tilt mechanism, and the large pouring lip enables effective pouring. Its solid state control panel is splash proof to prevent corrosion, while LED indicators are provided for the heat cycle and low-water warning to notify users.
The Cleveland KGL25T steam jacketed kettle has a self-contained steam source, consisting of a jacket around two-thirds of the kettle's body that is filled with distilled water. For a reliable start, the kettle has an automatic spark ignition, while the heating system is gas-fired for quick heat and recovery times. This unit holds temperatures between 145 and 260 degrees Fahrenheit.
