Cleveland KGL25 Description
The Cleveland KGL25 stationary kettle has a 25-gallon capacity for cooking large quantities of soup, pasta, and stews, and its self-contained steam source consists of a jacket around two-thirds of the kettle's body that is filled with treated, distilled water. Heating and recovery time are facilitated by the gas-fired heating system. For a quick and reliable start up, the unit has an automatic spark ignition, and the precise temperature control ensures consistent temperatures. This unit has a temperature range between 145 and 260 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Cleveland KGL25 jacketed steam kettle is constructed of 304 stainless steel, a rust-resistant and durable material, as the rim is rolled for reinforcement. It has a spring-assisted cover to close in steam and a 2-inch draw-off valve with a strainer for catching debris. To resist corrosion, the solid state control panel is splash proof, and the safety valve is rear mounted to prevent tampering. Legs with flanged feet keep the unit level.
