Cleveland KGL100 Description
A self-contained unit, the Cleveland KGL-100 steam kettle operates without the need for an external boiler. Its steam jacket remains permanently filled with distilled water and fills two thirds of the way to ensure uniform heating without hot or cold spots. With a large, 100-gallon capacity, it can be used to serve chili, broth, or soup to individuals in institutions and schools and at catering events. Because it's stationary, it includes a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve to empty product, and its drain strainer separates solid and liquid contents.
The Cleveland KGL-100 stationary steam kettle is built with a mounting bracket for optional faucet installation. The spring-assisted cover is hinged and rotatable to facilitate pouring and serving. LED lights shine to indicate the heat cycle and inform users when the water level is running low. This unit is made of durable stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel interior that won't rust or corrode. Equipped with flanged feet, this unit can be bolted down and adjusted as needed.
