Doubling their lifespan in high-volume environments, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT63.1 electric steamer's door gaskets are reversible. Its doors are constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. To streamline cleaning further, it features a KleanShield™ condensate waste removal system as well as SteamChef™ automatic drain control. This unit comes with an equipment stand, and its 4-inch legs are adjustable to account for irregular flooring.
To reduce the risk of injury, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT63.1 convection steamer's fan and steam shut off automatically when one of the doors is opened; it also features a high-temperature, automatic shut-off to prevent overheating. This double-stacked model's upper compartment holds three full-size pans and its lower compartment holds six full-size pans. Each compartment is furnished with a 1-gallon water reservoir. This boilerless unit operates with fan-forced convection steam and is equipped with automatic water level controls to maintain consistency.
