Measuring 251/2 in. W x 3817/20 in. D x 669/100 in. H, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT63.1 convection steamer is a double-stacked model mounted on an equipment stand. Its 4-inch legs are adjustable, enabling installation on bumpy or uneven flooring. Using fan-forced convection steam, it operates without a boiler, and its automatic water level controls enhance accuracy and consistency. This unit's doors are constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel—a durable metal that endures heavy use without denting, warping, or rusting.
To simplify cleaning, the Cleveland (2) 22CGT63.1 electric steamer features a SteamChef™ automatic drain control as well as a KleanShield™ condensate waste removal system. Its upper compartment accommodates three full-size pans and its lower compartment accommodates six full-size pans. When one of the doors is opened, the steam and fan shut off automatically to reduce the risk of burns. For additional protection, this unit features a high-temperature, automatic shut-off to prevent overheating.
