Used to remove air from and package food bags, the Berkel 350D-STD vacuum sealer is an excellent choice for preservation or sous vide immersion cooking. Its single chamber can hold a wide variety of food bag sizes, while the stainless steel chamber and housing help the sealer withstand rust or corrosion as well as scratch damage. A set of electronic controls enable unit operation and offer 30 program loads.
