"My husband ordered this Staub crepe pan a few years ago..after an uneven experience using my frying pan. At first, I thought it quite a luxury to spend $100 on a single purpose crepe pan. My husband has always been a big believer in the right tools. Once again, he proved himself right. The crepes NEVER EVER stick. They look gorgeous. Easy to flip. They are perfect every single time. Note: I read recently that the key to truly French crepe batter is to make it the night before to allow the flour to fully absorb. What a difference in the thinness that can be achieved. Love it."
