Because of its typically prominent place on the counter of a coffee shop, the Gaggia VETRO2GTC semi-automatic espresso machine features an attractive black and silver exterior designed for elegance. The top of the espresso machine features a stainless steel rail and tray for holding coffee cups within quick reach of the barista. The black tempered glass control panel on the front of the espresso machine features five backlit pushbuttons per group, and the two-group design of this machine enables it to produce two different and distinct coffee beverages at once. Each group accommodates 5³/₅-inch-tall cups.

The Gaggia VETRO2GTC espresso machine features a large copper boiler with a 13-liter capacity for keeping up with high customer demand. The machine features four programmable dose selections, enabling operators to control portion sizes and reduce the potential for waste. It comes with large and small coffee filters and is equipped with a cleaning button for simple upkeep. This machine measures 28⁷/₁₀ inches wide by 20⁹/₁₀ inches deep by 20¹/₂ inches high and installation on a countertop is included with the machine. The installation process includes water and drain hookups as well as electrical connections.
