Axis AX-VB4 Description
Equipped with a 125-millimeter disk and a 36-inch spit, the Axis AX-VB4 vertical broiler supports 110 pounds of meat to accommodate continuous carving. Four individual infrared burners generate 47,770 BTU, while the adjustable heat deflectors direct radiant heat for even cooking from top to bottom. The EZ Slide dual-rail system modifies proximity to the burners to avoid overcooking or drying out the product.
For clean, uninterrupted operation, the Axis AX-VB4 broiler features an enclosed motor that shields critical components from grease and a 24-inch octagonal drip pan that collects rendered juices. A meat shovel simplifies product handling and transfer. This stainless steel broiler measures 23 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 47 inches high.
