Axis AX-S10 ULTRA Description
To increase manual operation output, the Axis AX-S10ULTRA meat slicer features a 10-inch blade. The bottom-placed adjustment knob can alter the blade's thickness from 0 to 9⁄16 an inch for flexibility when crafting sandwiches. With its belt-driven transmission tactic, the blade operates at 300 revolutions per minute for absolute efficiency. The slice defector and knife cover reduce cuts and other injury hazards to operators, while the microswitch protection feature automatically pauses the blade's operation when it loses contact.
Ideal for most worktable locations, this slicer measures 23 1⁄5 inches wide by 16 1⁄10 inches deep by 14 1⁄10 inches high. Its body is constructed of anodized steel, limiting corrosion and strengthening its structure. Its one-piece base with limited crevices reduces hard-to-reach locations for simple cleaning at the end of the day, and because this slicer unit has a built-in sharpener and permanently lubricated ball bearings, it maintains optimal operation conditions over time. It’s stabilized on rubber feet to withstand both mid- and low-intensity operation.
