Jackson RACKSTAR 44 Description
The Jackson RACKSTAR 44 high-temp dishmachine is made of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, resist corrosion, and ease cleaning. While its front dress panel hides the machine's inner components, the double-wall insulated doors retain heat for improved efficiency. To account for uneven flooring, its bullet feet can be adjusted, and to streamline operation, this unit features a digital LED control panel, self-cleaning wash arms, and a self-draining wash pump.
With a 25-gallon wash tank, the Jackson RACKSTAR 44 commercial dishwasher can sanitize 223 racks per hour to keep up with busy commercial kitchens. This conveyor-type, left-to-right model features a Dual Rainbow Rinse™ system with an arched rinse arm design to optimize performance. In Econo-rinse mode, this unit uses 0.35 gallons of water per rack, and in Turbo-rinse mode, it uses 0.52 gallons. This unit measures 44 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 681⁄2 inches high overall.
