The Jackson DYNATEMP VER electric, high-temp, door-type dishwasher has an automatic 88-second normal cycle, but it also hasas well as heavy and extra-heavy cycles. This warewasher is ventless, so it does not need a hood to operate to comply with most local codes. The low-profile condensing system minimizes water vapor, and the water vapor that is produced is used to preheat incoming rinse water through the energy recovery systembut the energy recovery system collects any of the vapor that is produced and uses it to preheat incoming rinse water. There is a built-in booster heat that increases rinse water temperature to an ideal level for sanitizing, and Sani-Sure™ assures the temperature stays remains consistent.

Triple wash arms ensure that the dishes are cleaned properly, and their stainless steel nozzles enhance this design. There are sScrap baskets in the Jackson DYNATEMP VER electric, high-temp, door-type dishwasher, and these collect food scraps that could clog the drain, wash arms, or rinse arms. The control system is digital, so the operator can easily begin a wash cycle, start a deliming cycle, or diagnose system issues.
