The New Age 96058 sheet pan rack is a mobile, full-height unit designed to stage oval trays in service and prep areas with open-side access. Constructed of all-welded aluminum, this rack supports repeated movement while maintaining a stable frame. The 10 tray positions are spaced on 6-inch centers to accept multiple oval tray sizes, and platform swivel casters keep the rack easy to maneuver during daily operation.
