At 36 inches wide and 18 inches deep, its solid, flat framework is made from 1³/₄-inch-long, 1¹/₂-inch-wide, ¹/₈-inch-thick wall angle; laterals are constructed of 1¹/₄-inch-long by 1¹/₄-inch-wide by ⁷/₁₀₀-inch-thick wall tubing for even support across the unit. Its removable top is made from a ¹/₂₅-inch-thick aluminum sheet to add resiliency and for swift cleaning. Its laterals and framework are corrosion resistant, so it can be stored in humid areas, such as walk-in coolers and freezers, and dry pantries and packaging areas. Working alongside mobile or stationary posts, it can be adjusted along post indentions to support spacing needs.
