The Paderno 1117-32 Grand Gourmet frying pan is constructed of strong, durable stainless steel, while several nonstick layers cover the interior, preventing food from sticking to the pan. There are three layers on the bottom of the pan, the outer two of which are durable stainless steel, while the inside is aluminum. This design benefits from the strength of stainless steel and the quick heat-up of aluminum, while rivets secure the handle so chefs can hold the pan safely. Edges are thicker at the top to resist bending.
