Paderno 11108-36 15 qt Saute Pan, Stainless, Triple Layer Bottom

The Paderno 11108-36 Grand Gourmet sauté pan has straight sides to blanch fruits and vegetables. It is constructed of stainless steel and has a 15-quart capacity. The welded, stainless steel handle is tubular and stays cool while handling, and a loop on the end of it enables the pan to be hung for drying. The tri-metal bottom is constructed of layers of stainless steel and aluminum for heat conductivity. For efficient heat distribution, the bottom flattens when hot and is concave when cold. It can be used with induction cooktops.
