The Paderno 11108-32 Grand Gourmet sauté pan is constructed of durable stainless steel with straight sides. The interior and exterior have a satin polish with a mirror finish along the edges. Constructed of stainless steel layered between an aluminum core, the thermo-radiant bottom ensures the pan heats quickly and retains heat. For effective heat distribution, the concave bottom flattens when heated. The tubular, stainless steel handle is hollow to stay cool to the touch and has a loop on the end for storage.
