Paderno 11107-16 Description
The Paderno 11107-16 Grand Gourmet sauce pot is made of stainless steel and contains 10 percent nickel so that it can withstand regular contact with salty foods. The upper edges of the pot are reinforced for long-term use, and its handles are securely welded. Its bottom has stainless steel exteriors that avoid warping and denting, while its aluminum middle prevents hot spots. This sauce pot works with most kinds of warmers, including induction technology. When the raised bottom heats up, it lies flat against a stove eye for maximum contact. It has a 2 1⁄4-quart capacity.
