The Paderno 11007-40 sauce pot is designed to reheat liquids, sauces, and stews or blanch vegetables and fruit with its 313⁄4-quart capacity. An aluminum plate in the bottom provides quick heat conduction and uniform distribution. Since the plate is surrounded by stainless steel, the pot is compatible with induction cooktops.
