Paderno 11007-36 Description
The Paderno 11007-36 sauce pot has a 21 1⁄2-quart capacity and is the perfect size for reheating and blanching products. On the bottom, an aluminum plate quickly heats up and provides uniform distribution. For compatibility with induction, the plate is surrounded by stainless steel. Handles are welded into the sides of this pot, so operators can comfortably lift and transport heavy products.
