The Accutemp GGF1201B4850-T1 griddle utilizes an efficient system of steam heat transfer to warm its surface. Made of cold-rolled and annealed stainless steel, this surface is convenient to clean and holds a uniform surface temperature for consistent, even cooking. This unit has digital controls that enables operators to choose exact settings for precise results.
To collect runoff and streamline cleaning, the Accutemp GGF1201B4850-T1 griddle has a 4-inch-high rear backsplash and grease trough. It has both a heating indicator light and an over-temperature indicator light to alert the user of excessive heat. For safety and consistency in high-volume and fast-paced kitchens, its manager mode can lock access to the temperature controls.
