AccuTemp GGF1201A3650-T1 Description
To ensure consistent and uniform cooking, the steam heat created in the chamber of the Accutemp GGF1201A3650-T1 commercial griddle transfers evenly across the smooth stainless steel surface. For additional precision, this griddle is equipped with thermostatic controls, enabling the operator to set their exact desired temperature. It also includes three preset temperatures for frequently used settings.
The Accutemp GGF1201A3650-T1 countertop griddle has a stainless steel cooking surface that resists warping and heats up more evenly than thin plates. It includes a 4-inch-high rear backsplash to reduce grease splatter, and a large trough to collect grease runoff. For increased safety, this griddle has a manager lock out mode and an indicator light for surpassed temperatures.
