AccuTemp GGF1201A2450-T1 Description
The AccuTemp GGF1201A2450-T1 Accu-Steam™ griddle’s steam chamber evenly heats the griddle plate, raising the temperature at the same rate across the plate. This cooking surface is made of stainless steel, optimizing heat retention while resisting scrapes and dings. Fast temperature recovery means no cold spots, so chefs can reuse the same griddle sections after flipping product, saving space for other items.
This AccuTemp GGF1201A2450-T1 griddle’s splash-guarded sides and back corral meat juices and other food matter to prevent countertop spills. A stainless steel body provides corrosion resistance to increase the griddle’s length of life. Its digital controls enable chefs to input precise temperatures for cooking, and its manager mode locks the controls to keep settings from being altered. A set of four-inch legs elevate the griddle off the countertop.
