CookTek 678101 Description
The CookTek 678101 induction soup kettle is designed to hold products and keep them warm for extended periods of time. Its 11-quart capacity can fit a ladle and soup for streamlined service. The soup tureen and lid are made of durable, corrosion-resistant 18/8 stainless steel, while the exterior and fascia are spun with aluminum for additional strength.
This CookTek 678101 drop-in induction kettle is operated via an adjustable temperature control system. Users can manage temperatures from 140 to 200 degrees for holding and 170 to 200 for rethermalizing. The digital display allows users to moderate the unit’s conditions, alerts users when the pot needs to be stirred, and accurately communicates the unit’s present temperature.

Extremely Disappointing on every level
"Bought these as a rush replacement when I couldn't get the Vollrath induction units in time. Big mistake. As a fixture manufacturer we purchased these in February 2023, but our customer didn't put the unit into service until November 2023. The fixture we provide contains 6 units, and of the 6 units, 4 failed within the first 4 months of operation. CookTek (TurboChef) customer service was horrible. Finally got replacements on 2 units, but ultimately, they failed also. Now out of warranty. At the customers insistence, we ended up replacing all 6 units with Vollrath Mirage units to keep our customer happy. We have placed dozens of these soup fixtures using the Vollrath Mirage and will never purchase the Cooktek SinAquas again"
