The CookTek 677101 SinAqua™ Souper induction kettle measures 13 7⁄16 inches in diameter by 14 9⁄10 inches high. Designed with a 7-quart capacity, it features adjustable temperature settings ranging from 140 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for holding and 170 to 200 degrees for rethermalizing. Its touchpad controls and digital temperature display enable precise operation, while a programmable stir notification ensures consistent heating. The unit includes a 7-quart 18/8 stainless steel soup tureen and lid, polycarbonate adapter ring, and durable spun aluminum exterior and fascia for long-lasting use.
