Turbo Air TSF-23SD-N Description
The Turbo Air TSF-23SD-N single-section reach-in freezer uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain holding temperatures between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's stainless steel interior has three stainless steel shelves and LED lighting that provides excellent product visibility throughout. The exterior sides and front of the unit are also made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the exterior top, bottom, and back are made of durable galvanized steel.
The Turbo Air TSF-23SD-N one-section reach-in freezer has a digital control system that provides a clear display of the set temperature. It uses a smart defrost system that only runs when necessary, which can save energy over traditional timed defrost systems. The unit features the proprietary Turbo Freeze feature that can be activated to allow the compressor to run for 2 hours continuously, quickly dropping the temperature inside the cabinet. That can help protect food quality and safety when the unit has been open for a while for loading and when non-frozen food is added to the cabinet. An automatic fan motor delay shuts the fan off when the door is opened to prevent warm air from being sucked into the cabinet. If the door is left open, an alarm sounds to alert staff members.
