Since the interior of the dry case is made of stainless steel, it is corrosion resistance and heavy duty. Its black exterior fits into nearly any theme, while the glass front and sides make it easy for customers to see the baked goods in the display case. The Turbo Air TOMD-50-HB dry case is easy to load and unload with the rear sliding door.
