For a versatile display, the Turbo Air TCGB-60CO-B-N full-service bakery display case is separated into two sections to simultaneously hold both refrigerated (right) and non-refrigerated (left) goods. Each side includes two adjustable wired shelves to accommodate various sizes; for enhanced product visibility, these shelves are illuminated by LED lighting. For a sleek, modern aesthetic, it features a Euro design that includes a curved glass front, rear, sliding glass doors, and an anti-rust, non-peeling, black steel exterior.
For convenience, the Turbo Air TCGB-60CO-B-N full-service bakery display case provides a solar-powered digital thermometer and a digital, electronic thermostat with defrost control to monitor its interior climate. For flexibility it holds temperatures between 33 degrees Fahrenheit and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It's also lined with polyurethane insulation and operates with natural R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Overall, it measures 60 1⁄2 inches wide by 34 1⁄4 inches deep by 50 1⁄2 inches high, and its refrigeration system is self-contained for quick installation without plumbing. For optimal performance, its condenser is automatically brushed every day to remove dust or dirt.
