Fueled by R290 refrigerant, the Turbo Air TCBE-60SDR-N Super Deluxe chef base uses self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration to retain food-safe temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A self-cleaning condenser reduces manual maintenance, while the digital display delivers constant visual monitoring. Designed to balance heavy equipment on its built-in worktop, it withstands up to 788 pounds. Two drawers in the 9.1-cubic-foot interior fit six full-size pans and separate items for convenient access. Constructed of stainless steel with a caster base, this polyurethane-insulated model slows air loss and measures 60 inches wide by 32 1⁄8 inches deep by 20 1⁄4 inches high.
