For an organized display of chilled pastries and desserts, the Turbo Air TBP36-54FN-S full-service bakery display case has two adjustable glass shelves illuminated with LED lighting to enhance product visibility and increase sales. For a sleek, modern look, the case's front and sides are constructed of straight, tempered glass and lined with a black frame. Operators can load products into its 12.5-cubic-feet interior with ease because of its sliding rear doors and glass front opening.
Designed with a stainless steel exterior and airflow grille, the Turbo Air TBP36-54FN-S full-service bakery display case simplifies cleaning and prolongs service life. To reduce maintenance tasks, it features a self-cleaning condenser that provides daily, automatic brushings to remove dust and debris. If maintenance issues occur, operators can simply access the compressor compartment through the rear. It also has a digital temperature controller to maintain and monitor the cooler's climate. This unit measures 35 3⁄8 inches long by 27 1⁄2 inches deep by 54 13⁄100 inches high and includes 3-inch swivel casters, which can be locked in place for effortless transportation.
