Enabling operators to wheel it between locations as needed, the Turbo Air TBP-36-54FDN bakery display case is mounted on 3-inch swivel casters. Its interior is brightened with LED lighting and can be viewed through a tempered glass front and side panels. To ensure cold air remains in the cabinet, it's insulated with high-density polyurethane.
The temperature of the Turbo Air TBP-36-54FDN refrigerated bakery case can be adjusted using a digital controller, and to streamline installation and reduce labor, it features a self-contained refrigeration system as well as a self-cleaning condenser. This unit's floor and airflow grille are constructed of stainless steel—a heavy-duty metal that can withstand intensive use without scratching or rusting.
