Using a 125,000-BTU jet burner to heat a wok, the Turbo Air TAWR-16-JB Radiance wok range is great for preparing stir fry, and its anti-clogging burner won't trap food that falls into the firepot, reducing time and labor spent cleaning. Made of stainless steel, this unit won't be damaged by heat or corrode when exposed to food or cleaning chemicals. This wok range has 12-inch galvanized legs, raising the unit to a working height and providing plenty of clearance between the burner and floor.
