The Turbo Air TAWR-16-JB wok range is powered with an anti-clog jet burner to reduce maintenance needs. Its 16-inch opening is suitable for holding steak and stir fry for steaming, smoking, and deep frying, and to heat up quickly, the continuous pilot provides instant ignition. It's fueled with LP gas that can be converted in the field if needed, and it uses 125,000 BTU.

The front, sides, and welded top of the Turbo Air TAWR-16-JB gas wok range are made of durable stainless steel that won't rust, corrode, dent, or scratch, and the unit is elevated with 12-inch, heavy-duty legs to enable cleaning underneath. Designed with a gradual slope, the unit prevents messes from spilling out of the 16-inch opening. Overall, it measures 17⁷⁄₈ inches wide by 21¹⁄₂ inches deep by 34¹⁄₈ inches high.
