Heated by natural gas, the Turbo Air TASP-18S Radiance heavy-duty stock pot stove has one three-ring burner that is controlled by two knobs. It is outfitted with a durable cast iron grate that holds stock pots over the heat, while stainless steel legs elevate the unit six inches above the floor, preventing component overheating. To streamline cleaning, a removable grease pan collects liquid and food particles, and the stainless steel construction is convenient to wipe clean.
