The Turbo Air TAHP-48-8 Radiance gas hotplate has an adjustable standing pilot for each of the eight burners, and with their two-piece construction, the burners are convenient to clean. Eight 12-inch by 12-inch grates sit over the burners, supporting cookware while food cooks. These cast iron top grates provide durability and heat retention, while the grooved design directs heat to the cooking surface. Because of the grate's layout, pots and pans can be slid across without the user picking them up.

Cleaning this Turbo Air TAHP-48-8 hotplate is straightforward because the full-width grease pan is removable, while a 4-inch stainless steel front ledge on the unit provides a convenient place for plates to rest. Because the ergonomic on/off knobs are made of polyphenylene sulfide, they are heat resistant, and the front, sides, and legs are all made of durable stainless steel that can be wiped down.
