To store a plethora of ingredients in one area to ease food prep, the Turbo Air PWR-48-N worktop refrigerator has a maximum storage space of 12.2 cubic feet, which is bisected by two removable shelves. It measures 48 1⁄4 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 38 5⁄8 inches high and provides ample space on its worktop for ingredient prep. This unit rests on four swivel casters to ease repositioning; two of the casters can lock to stabilize the unit in place. To ease the transport process, its doors can be locked to ensure they don't open as the unit is moved. It is constructed of galvanized stainless steel, protecting it from minor damage and easing the cleaning process. A thick layer of polyurethane insulation holds the interior at an ideal temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To minimize operational oversight requirements, this unit comes with a digital temperature monitor on its side that displays interior temperature.
Great for environmentally conscious settings, the Turbo Air PWR-48-N refrigerator uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its self-cleaning compressor brushes off dust daily to reduce the chances of mechanical failure.
