The Turbo Air PWR-28-N worktop refrigerator is constructed to hold ingredients within reach and at a stable temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Meant to serve as both a fridge and a prep station, it's constructed of durable stainless steel that simplifies the cleaning process. The entire unit is built with a thick layer of polyurethane insulation that retains generated temperatures and saves energy. Additionally, it's built with an easy-to-read LED screen that monitors the unit's internal temperature, reducing the need for constant oversight. Its 6.8-cubic-foot interior capacity is ideal for storing vegetables and smaller cuts of meat. LED lights illuminate the interior so operators can locate ingredients in a timely manner. The whole unit is powered by an eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant and comes with a self-cleaning compressor that reduces the cost of upkeep and maintenance over the unit's lifetime.

The Turbo Air PWR-28-N countertop refrigerator's 27¹/₂-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep 38⁵/₈-inch-high body can fit into compact settings. Thanks to its four rolling casters it can be easily moved for cleaning or maintenance; two of its casters are equipped with locks that secure the unit in place during use. When not in use, its hinged door can be safely locked, preventing it from theft or opening during transport.
