A readout provides the current temperature for accurate monitoring, and the level can be adjusted from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit with digital controls. Because the condenser is self-cleaning, maintenance needs are reduced, and it's self-contained to streamline installation. For installation against a wall, this unit breathes from the side.

To hold product, the Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-CL sandwich prep table has two stainless steel shelves. For corrosion resistance, the doors are lined with aluminum, and the unit is made of durable stainless steel. Locks on the doors prevent theft, and polyurethane insulation holds in chill so the temperature doesn't rise. Offering a place for employees to prepare food, this unit has a 9¹⁄₂-inch-deep cutting board.
