Turbo Air PRO-26H Description
The Turbo Air PRO-26H insulated mobile heated cabinet is a good option for users who need to store or transport large amounts of pre-cooked food in an enclosed, temperature-stable environment. It contains three shelves made of stainless steel wire to encourage air circulation within the chamber, and it rests on swiveling casters for ease of movement. To contain warm air and reduce energy loss, the door is sealed with a magnetic gasket, and the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam.
Built with self-closing doors, the Turbo Air PRO-26H heated mobile cabinet resists air loss, and an audible alarm beeps to notify users if the door does not close properly. The ducted fan air distribution system ensures that heat moves evenly throughout the cabinet, eliminating cool spots, and LED interior lighting provides a clear view. To keep contents secure, the doors lock, and they're mounted on heavy-duty hinges to prevent sagging.
