Winston RTV5-04UV Description

Foods are cooked to safe temperatures with the Winston RTV5-04UV CVap® retherm oven's controlled vapor technology—a mechanism that combines hot air and heated water vapor to produce ideal texture and food temperatures, respectively. Temperatures are adjustable in 1-degree-Fahrenheit increments on the C-Touch control, which uses a process and a calibration-free thermistor to modify the evaporator and air temperatures. Operators can track temperature and convection fan operation trends using a USB HACCP download on their computer to ensure foods safely cook and the unit is performing correctly. To reduce preparation time, time settings and temperatures can be plugged into this unit's eight programmable channels, which can be locked to prevent accidental adjustment.

The Winston RTV5-04UV commercial retherm oven accepts four 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, eight 18-inch by 13-inch half-size sheet pans, or eight 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch hotel pans. Ideal for medium-capacity applications, each racks holds as much as 65 pounds. Made of stainless steel, this 27 7⁄10-inch-wide by 34 23⁄100-inch-deep by 35 7⁄10-inch-high cabinet withstands dents, scrapes, and scuffs that commonly occur in bustling kitchen environments, and it also resists corrosion to support long-term use. Its solid hinged door provides access to product and opens fully for easy loading and unloading, and it's insulated to minimize risk of operator injury. Installable on a countertop, this unit can also be stacked on top of other pieces of equipment to save counterspace.
