Winston RTV5-04UV Description
Made of strong stainless steel, the Winston RTV5-04UV CVap® thermalizer oven withstands common wear, such as scrapes, dents, and corrosion, from bustling kitchen environments. It measures 27 7⁄10 inches wide by 34 23⁄100 inches deep by 35 7⁄10 inches high, and its single compartment accepts four sheet pans, eight half-size sheet pans, or eight hotel pans, making it a good option for medium-volume applications. The solid door provides direct access to product, and it's insulated to reduce risk of user injury. Depending on spacing, the hinge can be reversed to fit in specific environments.
Using controlled vapor technology, the Winston RTV5-04UV rethermalizer oven combines heated vapor and hot air to cook foods and maintain their cooked textures, respectively. To ensure foods are cooked at safe temperatures, HACCP records can be downloaded onto a computer from a USB port, enabling operators to track trends. A C-Touch control comes with a processor that can adjust air and temperature evaporators by a degree for specific results. Reducing preparation time, its eight programmable channels can store temperatures and time settings thoroughly cook signature dishes. It automatically refills its water to minimize maintenance frequency.
