This unit's C-Touch control uses calibration-free thermistors to modify evaporator and air temperatures in increments of 1 degree Fahrenheit to prevent foods from drying out. To ensure foods are being held at safe temperatures, operators can simply insert a USB into the unit and into their computers to download HACCP temperature and convection fan records. Food preparation prior to serving is also simplified with the eight programmable channels, which can be locked for accessibility. A low-water detection mechanism notifies users when water needs to be changed, minimizing maintenance pileups.

To minimize heat loss, two dutch doors open individually so users have direct access to specific food pans.
