Its stainless steel interior and exterior provide lasting resiliency and rust and corrosion resistance and can match other back-of-house equipment. So staff can access a specific section of the unit to save energy, this unit is built with two field-reversible Dutch doors with magnetic handles. To ease transport for cleaning or maintenance, this unit is positioned on four 5-inch casters that enable smooth mobility.

Great for meats, vegetables, baked goods, and proofing bread, this Winston HOV3-14UV heated holding cabinet's CVap® technology uses a combination of moist vapor heat and dry air heat to keep foods at warm serving temperatures while preserving original textures. With the corresponding membrane control, staff can adjust air and vapor temperatures in 1-degree-Fahrenheit increments as menus changes. The calibration-free thermistors gauge evaporator and cabinet temperatures within 2-degree-Fahrenheit accuracy. Its evaporator requires manual filling, while a low-water detection alerts operators when more water should be added.
