Winston HOV3-10UV Description
The full-sized Winston HOV3-10UV cabinet is great for holding pre-cooked food, keeping it at appetizing temperatures until it reaches the customer. This heated cabinet measures 27 7⁄10 inches wide by 34 1⁄5 inches deep by 61 7⁄10 inches high with an interior capable of holding 65 pounds per rack. Great for small rotisseries or chicken pieces, the interior accommodates (10) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (20) 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans. Two field-reversible doors at the top and bottom seal the unit shut. The water reservoir must be manually filled, while the recessed ball drain prevents excessive moisture buildup.
The Winston HOV3-10UV heating cabinet's control panel membrane adjusts vapor and air temperatures. By utilizing CVap technology, this mobile heated cabinet maintains consistent temperatures and textures. The USB at the unit's front stores two years of equipment settings data. This mobile heated cabinet is made of rust- and abrasion-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use in busy kitchens.
